Owner, and photographer extraordinaire, Jessi has been passionate about photography for as long as she can remember. This passion has taken her from the Durham School of the Arts darkroom, to the acclaimed Tamara Lackey Photography studio, to her own business.
Other than her infectious enthusiasm and sparkly personality, we love Jessi for her ability to capture the most intimate of moments with a charm, grace and playfulness.

There’s something unfussy and natural about Jessi’s photography, which we love. Never contrived or too serious, her work still manages to be perfectly appropriate for the amazing, once in a lifetime moments it captures.
We also love the composition of Jessi’s work. Light, perspective and space are all utilized perfectly to create images that are just as beautiful on their own as they are important to capturing the mood of the day. All of this attention to detail assists in creating a story of a couple’s wedding day, that plays out from one beautiful frame to the next.
Jessi’s attention to detail elevates her work from simply wedding photography to fine art photography, which in a market saturated with wedding vendors is hard to find {and equally hard to miss}. Simply put, Jessi’s work is magazine editorial quality, from its composition to its style.
